A tree I saw on my run tonight. The bright yellow flowers burned this shape in my mind. I came home thinking of this tree and it's fancy leaves. After drawing it, it reminds me of the crescent shadows we saw the night of the eclipse. Art day 7.

Jeanette came up with this fun design for our square.
It was fun to do art in a public spot.
Lots of great comments.
"Jacks! I remember those..."
Anyway, we had fun in the sun and rain.

The first one is after the rain and wind blew on Saturday.
We left the background alone and gave the jacks and ball new love.
So much fun.
I figure I will forget the pain I am in by next year,
(not used to hanging out on pavement for two days!)
So much fun!
